Students of Dr. Pillai Global Academy, New Panvel participated in The Indian International Model United Nations (IIMUN) held at The Retreat Hotel and Convention Centre, Mumbai on 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th August, 2018.
The team of delegates comprised of Varun Iyer, Aayush Bhosle, Hrishit Jangra, Hritvik Malhotra, Abhyudaya Sengar, Vivekaditya Sharma, Vishal Tripathi, Siya Narwekar and Zainab Shaikh. They were representing Country of Turkey in various committees like SOCHUM, ECOSOC, ECOFIN, DISEC, ADMIN LEGAL and SECURITY COUNCIL.
The conference served as an enriching learning experience for the students, where in they understood the current global issues faced by various nations, debate techniques and research skills, thus giving them a holistic learning experience.
